He started King Protea 3 years ago and has maintained very high standards with both his delivery of good meals as well as his efficiency, ensuring the punctual delivery of each plated meal around Somerset West. I have had the opportunity to enter his kitchen many times and can vouch that it is impeccably clean and orderly and his staff are all well trained and adhere to a dress code and carry out good hygiene when preparing food. I have no hesitancy to recommend Dirk Smit as a caterer.

The meals he provides are well prepared, wholesome, nicely presented, and appropriate for an environment such as this. The menus provide a wide choice and are changed from time to time. In my opinion, Dirk is well suited to the role that he fulfils here.
